Pre-orders may take up to 4 weeks for processing and shipping from the date of order placement.

We strive to fulfill all orders in a timely manner, however, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.

Payment is required upon placement of your order. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

All prices listed on our website are in USD and are inclusive of taxes. Shipping charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 business days of order confirmation. However, please note that during peak seasons and promotional periods, processing times may vary.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with tracking information via email.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items to arrange for a return or exchange.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Please note that shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
